When you use or any of our related apps or websites offerred by Fedica Inc (including, and, you trust us with your information. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data we collect, why we do it, and what we do with it.


When you first register for an account and when you use our Service, we collect the personal information you give us such as:

  • your name, email address, phone number and social media account(s) you associate with your account
  • other information submitted by you or your organizational representatives via various methods (phone, email, online forms, surveys etc)
  • your billing address, credit card, PayPal information when making payment through the Services
  • user generated content, images or other files to be posted on Supported Social Media Platforms

When you use our service, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser, location and operating system, and the activities you perform on our Service. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about your account with us, our service, new products and other updates.


How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information or use any of the Services, we imply that you consent to our collecting, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your Personal Information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to the use of your Personal Information in these ways, please stop using the Services. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.


Fedica does not disclose your Personal Information gathered via the Service to any third parties Except as provided in this Privacy Policy Notwithstanding anything in the Privacy Policy to the contrary, we may share any Personal Information we have collected about you:

  • If we are required by law to do so;
  • if you violate our Terms of Service we may disclose your Personal Information to investigate or take acitons;
  • we may disclose information to our affiliates, agents, contractors and service providers to facilitate the functioning of the Service or to perform tasks that are integral to the Service, such as processing transactions, fulfilling requests, or other tasks.

4 - Payment

When payments are processed via credit card, Fedica uses third-party vendors that are PCI-DSS Compliant as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will also collect IP address and billing information from you upon payment and store them to comply with local tax laws and financial regulations. At no point does Fedica have access to your credit card information.


In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors (e.g. PayPal or Stripe), have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation. Once you leave our service or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our service’s Terms of Service.


When you click on links on our service, they may direct you away from our service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Connections to Social Networks

When you chose to link your Social Networks to the Services, you are agreeing to provide information about you to the Social Networks under their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read their privacy statements and policies. You may revoke access to your linked Social Network accounts at any time by removing the link from the Services. If you have authorized us to access your information via the YouTube API services, you may also revoke our access to your data via the Google security settings page located here Please note that the Services uses the Google API and Youtube API Services when you choose to connect your Youtube account to the Services. We may collect and store profile information and existing videos and their engagement data to the extent permitted by applicable law. This data will only be used by Fedica to provide you with the services you expect and will not be shared with any third parties including third party AI models. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. When payments are processed via credit card, Fedica uses third-party vendors that are PCI-DSS Compliant. At no point does Fedica have access to your credit card information.

Session Cookies

Fedica uses "Session cookies" which are designed to improve the user experience. This enable us to remember your login session so you can easily navigate within the service from page to page without having to login to access each page.

Analytics Cookies

Fedica uses Google Analytics to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior to help us optimize the user experience for our users. Google Analytics anonymizes your IP address before being saved on the Google server, in order to safeguard your Personal Information. The data gathered are anonymized by truncating your computer's IP address. No Personal Information identifying you is saved or provided to Google. Google Analytics uses temporary and permanents cookies; permanent cookies are stored on your computer and expire two years after your last visit to the website. You can opt out of installing cookies used by Google Analytics by visiting Google Analytics Opt Out Here If you deactivate Google Analytics, you will still have access to the same information and services from our service.
