Twitter Top Interactors

Fedica's Top Interactors shows which accounts like, reply to and retweet your tweets the most, with an engagement count for each one. It tells you whether each fan follows you back and when they followed or unfollowed, then exports your most engaged Twitter followers to a Twitter list or CSV.

Why Your Most Engaged Twitter Followers Are Worth Finding

The people who already like your tweets are the easiest audience you'll ever grow. Engage back and they keep engaging. Your relationship gets stronger, and over time their followers start seeing you too. It's a cycle that builds on itself.

Spotting them one tweet at a time is slow work. In a single tweet's like list, someone who liked five of your tweets last week looks exactly like someone who liked one. Top Interactors adds it all up, so your real supporters rise to the top.

What Does Top Interactors Show for Each Twitter Account?

  • One engagement count per account, covering every like, reply and retweet across all your tweets.
  • Engagement across multiple tweets, so the person who keeps coming back stands out without you checking each tweet.
  • Follow status both ways: whether they follow you, and whether you follow them back.
  • When they followed or unfollowed you, and when you followed them. A top interactor who leaves doesn't go unnoticed.
  • Demographics of your top interactors: age, gender, language and occupation, so you know who your most engaged audience actually is.
  • Account metrics for each one: account age, activity, quality and follower distribution.

For everyone who has stopped following you, not just your fans, use the Twitter unfollower tracker.

What to Do With Your Top Interactors

  • Win back a fan who left. Follow history shows when a top interactor unfollowed you, so you can reach out and re-engage. The History window has a box for tweeting at them directly.
  • Spot a new follower who's already engaging a lot and follow them back from their card, without leaving the report.
  • Switch the filter to accounts you follow and see which of them actually engage back.
  • Check that your biggest fans are real. Account quality and activity sit next to each engagement count, so a burst of likes from low-quality accounts stands out.
  • Set the period to a campaign's dates and see who engaged most while it ran.
  • Keep a Twitter list of your top interactors, add new ones as they show up, and work through it regularly. Stay active with them and they'll keep engaging back.

Export Your Top Interactors to a Twitter List or CSV

Select them all with one click, or pick just the accounts you want. Then add them to a new or existing list: a private or public Twitter list holds up to 5,000 members, and a Fedica list has no limit. You can also download a CSV. Export works from the Top Interactors tool and from any filtered list of tweets in the engagement dashboard.

Each export is a snapshot. Top Interactors updates once a day, so come back to pick up new names.

Top Interactors keeps its filters simple on purpose. For keyword, metric, location or gender filters, use the Twitter engagement dashboard. Its engagement view shows the top interactors for whatever set of tweets you've filtered.

Also on Bluesky, Mastodon and Pixelfed

Connect more than one account and you can switch platforms with one click, without checking each one separately. Top Interactors works the same way on Bluesky analytics, the Mastodon tools and the Pixelfed tools, with each network's own kind of engagement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are my biggest fans on Twitter?

They're the accounts at the top of your Top Interactors report, the ones that have liked, replied to and retweeted your tweets more than anyone else.

Can I export the list of people who engage with me on Twitter?

Yes, to a Twitter list, a Fedica list or a CSV file.

Can I see top interactors for a client's Twitter account?

Any Twitter account you manage in Fedica works, whether it's connected to you directly or through a team account.

How is Top Interactors different from Fedica's Twitter analytics?

Top Interactors is about people. It tells you which accounts engage with you and how often. The Twitter analytics dashboard is about your content and audience as a whole: engagement on a live map, follower analysis and research. Use the dashboard to see what worked, and Top Interactors to see who's behind it.
