Social Media MCP Server for Claude
Your Social Media Data, Inside the Conversation
Drafting a post in Claude is the easy part. Then comes the copy-paste: into the scheduler, back out to a spreadsheet for the numbers, back into Claude to ask what they mean.
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) cuts out that loop. With Fedica connected, Claude can see the accounts you've linked, the posts waiting in your queue, and the analytics behind them. It reads your real data, so "when should I post this?" gets answered from your own follower activity. And when the draft is ready, Claude schedules it.
Schedule Social Media Posts From Claude
- Two ways out: schedule for a specific date and time, or drop the post into one of your content calendar Pipelines.
- Write a thread by giving Claude several messages. They publish in order.
- One request can carry different text for different accounts, so LinkedIn gets the long version and X gets the short one.
- Images and video: Claude uploads the file, adds alt text, and attaches it to the post.
- Ask what's queued and Claude lists every pending post, earliest first, with its time, Pipeline, and text.
- Changed your mind? Any post that hasn't gone out yet can be replaced with a new version.
What Can Claude Tell You About Your Accounts?
- Account overview: quality and activity scores, follower and following counts, new followers and unfollows since the last refresh, and your best and least performing country and city.
- Follower demographics by language, timezone, gender, occupation, and age, plus distributions by follower count, activity, account age, and quality.
- Follower, following, and post counts over time. Ask for the difference and you get new followers and unfollows per period, the same data behind follower growth tracking.
- Your best times to post by hour and weekday, shifted into your own timezone.
- Engagement for any date range: interactions, impressions, posts, engagement rates, and top posts, each compared with the period just before it.
That last one is where the conversation helps most. Ask Claude why September beat August and it can read the top posts and the numbers side by side. For the visual version, the engagement dashboard is still a click away.
Read Your Research Reports in Claude
Reports you've run in Fedica come through too. Analyze reports give the same overview and audience breakdown for a third-party account, like a competitor or a creator you're vetting. Compare reports show how many followers each pair of accounts shares, plus the total across all of them, from common followers.
A follower quality audit breaks an audience into bots, low quality, normal, and influencer accounts, with a final quality score. Search reports cover keyword and hashtag searches, including sample, full-archive, and count-only runs, and you can filter them by sentiment if the search used it.
Claude can only open a report once its status reads Complete.
Which Accounts Can Claude See?
Two words are enough: "list accounts." On Fedica's own account, Claude came back with all 15 connected accounts, from LinkedIn and X (Twitter) to PeerTube, Telegram, and Google Business.
Start here after you connect. Every other request runs against one of these accounts, and the screenshots in this section all come from Fedica's own.
How Many Followers Does Each Account Have Today?
One question, nine platforms, one table. Claude lined up followers, new followers, and unfollows for every account: 357,668 on X, 8,090 on Instagram, 1,443 on Bluesky, all the way down to 43 on Pixelfed.
It also pointed out that each number comes from Fedica's most recent data refresh, so it can trail the live count on the platform a little.
What Was My X Engagement Last Month?
Here's where a conversation earns its keep. Claude charted daily interactions on @FedicaHQ for September 2026 and spotted the pattern on its own: three days (September 22, 24, and 29) produced 92% of the month's interactions.
Then it suggested the obvious next step. Check what went out on those three days.
What Did My Olympics Research Report Find?
You don't need a report ID. Ask about "the research report I created for the Olympics" and Claude finds "Olympics 2024," a keyword search on X covering three hours of the Paris Games on July 30, 2024.
- 100,027 matching posts from about 77,200 unique authors, 81% of them reposts.
- Peak hour: 11:00 to 12:00 UTC, with about 47,000 posts.
- Who was posting: about 84% in English, mostly mid-sized accounts with 100 to 1K followers, and over half more than five years old.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Fedica plan do I need for the MCP server?
- Any of Fedica's paid plans includes the MCP server.
What options do I have to schedule posts using the MCP?
- You can either schedule posts using date and time (remember to set the timezone), or schedule to a pre-configured Pipeline. To change your mind later, ask Claude to list your pending posts and replace the one you want before it goes out. Media on a replaced post has to be uploaded again.
Can Claude start a new research report?
- Claude reads the analyze, compare, audit, and search reports already in your Fedica account. Start a new report in Fedica, and once its status shows Complete, Claude can pull the results.
Why does Claude say my account overview isn't available?
- The overview and audience tools need the account's Followers report to have run at least once.
Does it work with client accounts I manage in Fedica?
- Yes. Claude sees your own account, any profiles you own, and every team account you manage, along with your permissions on each. Name the client and Claude switches to that team account's connected platforms, Pipelines, and media.
How do I check that the connection works?
- Ask Claude to ping Fedica. The ping tool confirms the server is reachable and your sign-in was accepted. It replies with the current server time and doesn't touch any account data. In Claude Code,
/mcpalso shows whether fedica is connected.
