Frequently Asked Question:

Why do I have to connect my Facebook Page to Fedica and Link Instagram just to add Instagram to Fedica’s publisher?

Answer: Meta wants businesses and professionals to use dashboards to make scheduling easier. They don’t let dashboards connect to personal accounts, so the only way to connect your Instagram to a scheduler is with a business page.

Why do I have to use a professional Instagram account and not my normal one, and why do I have to connect a Facebook page and not my regular Facebook account?

Answer: Meta prefers that businesses and professionals use dashboards to simplify their scheduling. This means people who use Fedica on Instagram and Facebook have done so with a business account or Facebook page. Unfortunately, if your Facebook account is a professional one, you will still have to create a business page to schedule with dashboards.

Luckily, for Instagram, you just need to turn your personal account into a professional one in the settings. But, to connect it to a dashboard like Fedica, you must link your Instagram to a Facebook business page to get Instagram scheduling capabilities.

Don’t worry–follow along to see how this is done.
