Here’s what’s new in Fedica. We’ve added a new platform, inbox enhancements, Tumblr secondary blogs, smarter multi-platform threading, bulk upload upgrades, and Bluesky improvements. All of it is designed to save you time in the dashboard.
✈️ Telegram is here
You can now post or schedule posts to Telegram. Connect your channel by adding @fedica_bot to it and get started. You now have access to 14 platforms with Fedica! You can read more about this Telegram integration here
🧵 Auto threading, tuned per platform
As you know, Fedica was the first platform to support scheduling of Twitter Threads, but and we wanted to make it super easy to compose threads on multiple platforms, now if you are in QuickPost mode and click “Thread Automatically” when composing across multiple platforms, Fedica builds a thread for each one, sized to that platform’s limit. Posting to X, Threads, and Bluesky, for example, gives you up to 280 characters per X post (more with Premium), up to 500 for Threads, and up to 300 for Bluesky.
📌 Tumblr secondary blogs
This is a long requested feature since we added the ability to schedule posts to Tumblr, now you can schedule to secondary blogs as well as primary blogs. The primary-blog-only posting limit no longer applies.
📥 Inbox enhancements
We added a few enhancements to our Social Media Inbox:
- Labels let you classify messages and comments in your Fedica Inbox.
- Canned responses lets you reply to comments with saved responses, like an answer to a frequently asked question.
- Engagement buttons let you like or repost (on platforms that support reposts) messages right from within the inbox.
📤 Bulk upload upgrades
Our bulk upload capability in our scheduler now lets you do two new things:
- Set a first comment directly in your bulk upload template.
- Up to 20 images per template.
🦋 Bluesky improvements
Bluesky has recently upped their media capabilities, and consequently, we have also upgraded our Bluesky scheduler to support these updates:
- Galleries: You can now upload up to 10 images with Bluesky posts – they display in gallery format; 4 or fewer still show in the original format.
- Image quality: the image size limit is now 2MB which improves the overall quality of photos since fewer images need to be scaled down (to the old 1MB limit).
- Video size: upload videos up to 300MB.
